Information we collect

We collect account information (name, email, phone, city), job postings, messages between users, and usage data necessary to operate the marketplace.

How we use it

To match Customers with Companies, display listings, verify accounts, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Mobile numbers

If you sign in with your phone, we use your mobile number only to send one-time login codes and to operate your account. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Contact details on jobs

Customers may hide phone numbers on public listings. Full contact details are shared with Companies after they apply or when messaging begins.

Google Business data

If a Company connects a Google Business profile, we may display publicly available business information and reviews as permitted by Google's terms.

SMS / Text messages

Select The Service texts one-time verification codes only. A code is sent only when you ask for one (for example, when you tap Send code). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Message frequency is per request: one code each time you request it. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
